The average deal size in Tier 1 cities was ₹60 crore, slightly down from ₹66 crore in October and significantly lower than the September average of ₹116 crore. Meanwhile, Tier 2 & 3 cities witnessed a sharp decline in average deal size, dropping to ₹13 crore from ₹125 crore in October, reflecting a marked slowdown in high-value deals in smaller cities.
